PreOrder orders will be shipped in 2-4 weeks, unless a longer shipping time is stated in the product's description. Be patient you will receive a tracking number, when your order is shipped.
We truly value our customers, and do our very best to serve you on our end. Once orders are shipped out they are no longer in our control. If any issues come up with lost or damaged packages that is the responsibility of the United States Postal Service, or whatever postal service is selected when placing your order. Packages are insured up to a certain amount. If you come up with any issues of lost or damaged packages simply contact the shipping service company that is attached to your package's tracking number.
